ご利用上の注意
- 近隣が閑静な住宅街のため、エントランス付近での立ち話はご遠慮ください。
- 本施設内において、大声での会話やお電話、騒音を出すなど、他の利用者の迷惑となることのないよう、十分に配慮しご利用ください。
- 地下イベントスペース以外の施設（2階～4階）へは立ち入らないでください。
- 地下イベントスペースにつながる扉を閉めてご利用ください。また、緊急避難経路確保のために扉の前には障害物を置かないでください
- 代表者は、その他参加者について把握し、施設が求めた場合、名簿を作成し提出できるようにしてください。
- ご利用された机、椅子、設備、備品等は所定の位置にお戻しください。
- ご利用後はゴミがテーブルや床に落ちていないか、ゴミを正しく捨てているか確認し、室内灯及び空調の電源を消して退出してください。また、お帰りの際は受付スタッフに一声かけていただくようお願いいたします。
- ゴミ箱を設置しております。活動中に出たゴミ以外は捨てないでください。
次の行為を行うことは禁止します。
- 本施設内・敷地内での喫煙（指定喫煙所は除く）、火気類を使用すること
- 本施設内へのペットの持ち込み
- 施設敷地内及び周辺への駐車及び駐輪（弊社より個別に契約等による許可を得ている場合を除く）
- 法律に違反するもの
- 公序良俗に反する、又はわいせつなもの
- 他人の信用又は名誉・プライバシーを侵害するもの
- 国内外の国家・民族等の尊厳を傷つける恐れのあるもの
- 商標・著作権を無断で使用するもの
- 政治的又は宗教的勧誘のあるもの
- 当社の運営・利用を妨げるもの
- 暴力団員、暴力団関係者、その他反社会的勢力に関与するもの
- 当社が利用禁止と判断した時
防犯上の理由により、施設各所にセキュリティカメラが設置してあります。セキュリティカメラで撮影された映像（以下、「撮影データ」といいます。）は、一定期間、弊社のサーバーに保存され、弊社が本規約の遵守状況の確認、盗難、破損、火災等の有無確認または警察等の犯罪捜査に協力する目的その他必要と認める目的において、当該セキュリティカメラによる監視、撮影、撮影データの保存、撮影データの利用および持ち出しを行うことがあります。

Usage Guidelines
- As the surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood, please refrain from lingering near the entrance.
- Please be considerate of other users and avoid loud conversations, phone calls, or noise that may disturb others within the facility.
- Please do not enter floors 2-4. Only the basement event space may be used.
- Keep the door leading to the basement event space closed during use. Also, do not place obstacles in front of the door to ensure emergency evacuation routes remain clear.
- The representative must keep track of all participants and be prepared to create and submit a roster if requested by the facility.
- Please return all used tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies to their designated locations.
- After use, please check that no trash remains on tables or the floor and that all trash is disposed of properly. Turn off all interior lights and air conditioning before leaving. Also, please inform the reception staff before departing.
- Trash bins are provided. Please do not dispose of any trash other than that generated during your activity.
The following actions are prohibited:
- Smoking within the facility or on the premises (except in designated smoking areas), or using open flames
- Bringing pets into the facility
- Parking vehicles or bicycles on the facility grounds or surrounding areas (except where specific permission has been granted by our company through a contract or similar arrangement)
- Any actions violating the law
- Any actions contrary to public order and morals, or obscene acts
- Acts infringing upon another person’s credibility, honor, or privacy
- Acts potentially damaging the dignity of nations, ethnic groups, etc., domestically or internationally
- Unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted material
- Acts involving political or religious solicitation
- Acts obstructing our company’s operations or use of the facility
- Acts involving members of organized crime groups, persons associated with organized crime, or other anti-social forces
- Any activity or use that the company determines should be prohibited
Security cameras are installed throughout the facility for crime prevention purposes. Footage captured by security cameras (hereinafter referred to as “Captured Data”) is stored on our servers for a specified period. We may monitor, capture, store and use the Captured Data, and disclose it to law enforcement or other authorities when necessary, for purposes including verifying compliance with these Terms, confirming incidents such as theft, damage, or fire, cooperating with police or other authorities in criminal investigations, or for other purposes deemed necessary.
